NSW: Govt review to consider property sell off
SYDNEY, Aug 13 AAP - The NSW government's State Transport Property Committee's terms
of reference:
1. To assess and analyse the extent of property holdings of the NSW transport portfolio
including the SRA, RIC, STA and the port corporations in Sydney, Newcastle and Port Kembla.
2. To advise the government of the potential to realise capital for further investment
in public transport.
3. To assess and advise on planning implications in consultation with the community.
4. To submit a first report to the Transport Minister by September, 2001.
